Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. Only a short walk from the station and we were in our spacious, comfortable room with a view of the Matterhorn.. The bed was very comfortable and shower was good. The staff at reception were very friendly. The helped us by printing out the tickets when we had to book a train online. The young South American in charge of the kitchen was very friendly and looked after us well. There was a great range of hot and cold breakfast items. This was our third time staying here. It just gets better each time!!

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great location. Good food at Julen as well!

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The entire property was amazing! We had a 4th floor suite with a balcony with an incredible view of The Matterhorn. The beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was awesome and included in the rate. The mini bar was nice as was the complimentary water provided. The hotel also provided robes, slippers and a spa bag for your convenience and comfort while enjoying the spa facilities. The staff were great and very friendly. We loved the included breakfast which was a fantastic selection. The smokers lounge was a nice touch and they have a small but great selection of cigars.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The staff, the spa, the breakfast and the room is amazing. This three star hotel is better than many five-star hotels.

In a quiet location of Zermatt, Hotel Romantica offers a garden, free WiFi, and rooms with flat-screen cable TV. Hoteliers Michelle and Thor (if I am writing correctly) were a lovely couple. Since going to Zermatt is an experience based travel in a limited time, getting the guidance for our travel from a local was so precious. We had just 2 days and one of it was rainy. With the help of Thor’s recommendations we could made the most out of it. Hotel was so lovely as well. Room was clean and felt like home.

In the centre of Zermatt, Chalet Annelis offers views of the Matterhorn and spacious, self-catering accommodation units with free WiFi. View of the Matterhorn was incredible !

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. V here really stands for very very extraordinary. The most creative and unique hotel i've ever been. The room is really stylish yet cozy and very clean. Spa is incredible experience. View is also amazing. You can clearly see Matthehorn.

In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. Charming, quaint and well equipped. Staff was remarkable and accommodating.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. I liked the hotel very much! Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. The room smells of wood. Excellent view from the window to the Matterhorn. The room is spacious. Very friendly administrator, smiling and attentive woman. The room is quiet and warm. Very clean. There is a kettle in the room - it's very convenient! Delicious breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - near the ski lift and the train station. If there was a free room the next day, I would also stay. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Thank you.
