One of the rooms we booked was beyond out expectations but the other was quite small and had a slanted ceiling and we kept hitting our heads..

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Everything was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and the spa is perfect for ending a day on the slopes.

I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

Il Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments offre appartamenti con servizi alberghieri completi, progettati dall'architetto Heinz Julen e dotati di balcone o di terrazza con vista sul Cervino. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Everything was perfect. Kindness of the owner and the staff. Very nice room. Very good location to everything: train, bus, shops etc. And the view from the window just amazing 🥰
