The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. It was very quaint and the views of the Matterhorn was spectacular!!! Daniel and his Team was top notch and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

In the centre of Zermatt, Chalet Annelis offers views of the Matterhorn and spacious, self-catering accommodation units with free WiFi. The location was perfect. Lovely view of the Matterhorn and close to all amenities.

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. Charming, quaint and well equipped. Staff was remarkable and accommodating.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Excellent location; comfortable beds; friendly staff. Sauna is a nice touch. Ski room in the basement is very convenient for the days that we do not use the ski rental depot near the lift.

The ski-in Alpenlodge Superior is located on a sunny slope on the edge of Zermatt, offering panoramic views of the Matterhorn and free access to the wellness area. Best​ view ever, overlook the whole of zermatt and Matterhorn. Exactly what you see from the photos. Very friendly owner, they even provide small snacks with coffee/tea in the afternoon. It's this small yet appreciated things that amazed me. Room was clean and comfy. Nice Bath soaps are provided. It's located on the higher ground which mean you have to walk up slopes, not a problem for me, you have to earn your views! Taxi is provided for those staying 2 nights and above, if not, you can purchase taxi coupon from hotel at 15chf per trip. Advice for u is to book early.
