Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Everything! The location is great, the staff are very nice, the room is big and clean. Definitely will stay here again if I come here again.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. We loved our room and the breathtaking views of the Matterhorn.
