The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The nicest we have met in Europe so far. The hotel is very charming, and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The room was large. Free Bus pass with the room, as well as access to Lucerne WiFi. The bathrooms were clean and there were several available.

Amazing attention to detail by the staff Super friendly and helpful, housemade delicacies for breakfast, the location is out of a dream. Not a spec of dust in the room, everything was magical! Where do I begin?? 🥰🧿 The two partners - Connie & Gosia are the most warm, beautiful, charming and generous hostesses. The hotel itself is so special with spacious bedrooms with some having gorgeous lake side views. I highly recommend staying in-house for dinner to enjoy Chef Gosia’s DIVINE 3-course meal. She made a special vegetarian meal for us which is the BEST vegetarian food we’ve had in Switzerland. Chef Gosia also made special arrangements for our breakfast which was all so beautifully presented. Roger who works in the restaurant was so kind and professional as was the lovely young lady who took care of us as breakfast. Thank you so much for the most incredible stay - we will return for a longer stay in the summer 🙏🏽♥️

The Lubo - self check-in is located in the center of the city of Lucerne in the historic old town and only a 10-minute walk from Lucerne main station and just 200 metres from the shores of Lake... Naprosto úžasné, velmi předčilo má očekávání. Měli jsme krásné studio s vybavenou kuchyní, pokoj byl prostorný, design velmi atraktivní, postel s výhledem na romantickou ulici. Lokalita bezvadná, přímo jakoby v centru, u břehu řeky, asi 10 minut pěšky od nádraží. Super self check-in

My stay at Château Gütsch was nothing short of exceptional. The property itself feels like something out of a fairy tale, perched on the hillside with breathtaking panoramic views over Lucerne, the lake, and the surrounding mountains. The building is steeped in history yet beautifully maintained, with interiors that combine elegance, charm, and comfort. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. From the seamless check-in to thoughtful touches in the room, their hospitality truly stood out. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was an absolute delight. The cuisine was refined and flavorful, and the wine list was well-curated. Breakfast on the terrace with the view of Lucerne was the highlight of my mornings. In short, Château Gütsch is more than just a hotel, it’s an experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, luxurious, and memorable stay in Lucerne.

Right on the shore of Lake Lucerne, Hotel Seerausch in Beckenried offers panoramic lake and mountain views, a lakeside bar, and free WiFi. Hotel v naprosto dokonalé lokalitě mezi krásným jezerem z jedné strany a pohořím z druhé. Dále musím vyzdvihnout skvělé snídaně a celkově i kvalitu restaurace - večeře byla též skvělá. Bonusem je parking zdarma a možnost zahrát si kulečník.
