The place and views and bed and everything was just amazing. I think it was larger than most other rooms I've stayed in for the price range. It was great staying at one of the famous palafitos in Castro - everything was perfect. Top front row to the river, well equipment, clean, a lot of space, beautiful bathroom, TV with Netflix etc., not far away from center, nice and helpful staff (also speaking English).

OCIO Territorial Hotel offers free WiFi in Chiloe, only 500 metres from the beach area. Free parking is provided. Castro city centre is 30 km away. I appreciate that they take note of what the purpose of the stay was (I went there with my partner for her birthday) and they welcomed us really nice. The OCIO staff team was accommodating and friendly. the location is beautiful, plenty of things to do on site, you can walk around the property and see some sheep, hidden gems in the forest, all the way until the beach. the hot tub was comfortable, the room was super comfortable. it's so nice and quiet there.

The location is absolutely amazing. The hotel and staff are wonderful. The whole experience is FANTASTIC. The view from the dining room and living room is like a fairy tale, as the view form the rooms, absolutely mind-blowing!
