Everything went very well during our stay, especially the very friendly staff who welcomed us and served us with extreme warmth during our seven days. Other positive points: the breakfast provided by the accommodation (in partnership with May Cafetuyu) was excellent, with several savory and sweet options, and Leandro was very attentive in explaining and offering menu options. The location is great, two blocks from the main Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue. Furthermore, we were able to park our car in the parking lot inside the inn for greater security, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, we had no problems with noise from neighboring rooms, and communication with the inn via WhatsApp and Booking was effective.

Large, beautifully furnished and comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the lake! The best shower in Chile! A quick drive to Pucón, so great location as well. The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

Loved this place - comfortable, reasonably priced, located in the center of Pucón within walking distance of everything. Some of the rooms, including the one we got upstairs, have a great (balcony) view of the volcano. Staff were super friendly and accommodating as well.

Situato a 400 metri dalla spiaggia di Pucón, il Vientos del Sur offre la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e serve ogni giorno una prima colazione a base di caffè, latte, succo di frutta, pane, dolci, yogurt... This hotel was excellent. The staff were super-helpful. For example, we needed to leave at 5:30am so they provided us a substantial packed breakfast to-go. There is complementary coffee and water all day. They kindly allowed us to leave the car in their car park all day while we were gone on a volcano hike - even though we were checked out already. They also allowed us to leave food in the fridge and use the restaurant tables when we got back. They were so helpful in every way. The location is also excellent - right in the centre of the town - near the tour agencies, restaurants, bars, shops. Overall, top class ! Finally, the cost was amazing value for money.

The remodeled Enjoy Pucón Hotel has the best location in the city , on the shores of the beach and inserted in the center of Pucón. Very nice staff and excellent location
