The hotel is a peaceful oasis with a warm rustic feel, more like an alpine lodge than a city hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ample and delicious. An evening in they rooftop hot tub was a glorious treat, watching the light of the sunset on the volcano.

Localizado a 400 metros da Praia de Pucón, o Vientos del Sur disponibiliza acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e um pequeno-almoço diário com café, leite, sumo, pães, bolos, iogurte e cereais. This was a lovely well-maintained, very clean property with the bonus that the staff spoke good English. My wife was ill when we arrived and they allowed us to check in early (to a different room than we booked). The room was comfortable with a good ensuite and strong shower; and they served a nice breakfast. It was close to shops and restaurants - and to the bus terminals: useful as we were back-packing. Heartily recommended- thank you for your welcome!
