A special shout out to the amazing and always smiling staff, in particular Ivonne and front desk personnel. The breakfast and all meals were fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Chile to date. The restaurant on site for dinner is lovely with a great view. The breakfast room is beautiful and serves a great breakfast. Rooms were well appointed

A cosy living room with chic Alpine-style décor can be enjoyed just 200 metres from Llanquihue Lake. Picturesque Puerto Montt is only 25 km away. Wi-Fi and private parking are free. All good. The location was perfect for me - very convenient for both the beach and the shops but also nice and quiet.

Exceptionally pleasant modern decor. Receptionist was especially helpful with finding me a cc airport transfer and early box breakfast. Good restaurant service and menu. Very peaceful and pleasant dining room. My room modern and comfortable.
