Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!

Located in Chile, Los Lagos region. Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Puerto Montt offers free WiFi in all rooms. Puerto Montt's waterfront is just 5 blocks from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, make sure to be done eating by end of time because the food and coffee are taken away promptly.

This hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, in front of Lake Llanquihue, offering views of Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. It features luxurious accommodation, a spa and free Wi-Fi. Overall, I liked everything, the breakfast was really good, very tasty smoked fish for breakfast👌capsule coffee machine in the room, refrigerator, tea bag’s, large bed, good blanket, 4 pillows of different hardness. And the service is also good, they accepted my 2 deliveries from the store when I was not yet at the hotel. thank you! I didn't have time to use the spa and pool. Next time!

Solace Hotel is located in a green area of Puerto Varas, 600 meters from the Llanquihue Lake shores. Great location with nice views. Breakfast was very generous.
