We arrived to the hotel after 10pm on New Years Eve after trekking in Patagonia. Thoroughly exhausted, as soon as we arrived the staff welcomed us, asked if we wanted any late night food, got us set up, and had a NYE party ready to go for guests. The welcome honestly blew us away since we had no way to communicate how late we were getting back. They were so accommodating and the rooms are more beautiful than the photos indicate (and the photos are stellar). Highly recommend.

The front of house staff were extremely helpful and provided an excellent service. The sauna is also a nice touch.

Pampa Lodge, Quincho & Caballos se nachází v Torres del Paine, pouhých 7 km od vstupu do národního parku. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. Such a charming, cozy property with great views of Torres del Paine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed at 4 different places on our trip through Patagonia, and this was by far our favorite.
