The personal is very welcoming and extremely organized. They made our stay very smooth, so smooth that we came back after the trek in Torres Del Paine and cancelled another hotel. The room is good and the bathroom too. The decoration is with good taste and the food is great, breakfast included! The hotel design is funky and we loved that! Love the green views everywhere. Will miss this hotel for sure. A must go in Puerto Natales.

Pampa Lodge, Quincho & Caballos se nachází v Torres del Paine, pouhých 7 km od vstupu do národního parku. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. Everything - from the amazing views from the bedroom, to the staff, to the food and the experiences, the entire experience was incredible and we are so grateful to have stayed. There are horses grazing right around the property and the horse riding and hiking experiences were second to none. Even accompanied by a cocktail and platter at the end of the day.
