Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. The apartment hotel is situated in a very nice neighbourhood in Santiago, in a quiet residential area with lots of greenery. The apartment itself is perfect, it has everything you need for a short stay. The staff is very kind, attentive and responsive.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. This my fifth time at the hotel, although it has gone through a name/owner change. The great staff is one aspect, and the location. Great parking for my rented car included.

Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Centre, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighbourhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. I absolutely loved every single moment of my stay at Bidasoa. This easily sits in the Top 5 hotels I've stayed in globally. The most compelling part was the overall 'vibe' of the hotel - everything from the staff, the scents they use, the decor and sound treatment. It just feels vibrant while also being cosy. Truly a wonderful experience.

Just 100 meters from Baquedano Metro Station, Hostal Río Amazonas offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and TV sets. The staff was amazingly nice. When I arrived, I got a long and full explanation of the different neighborhoods around the hostal as well as many personalized recommandations. The room was comfortable and warm. The location is amazing, with the coolest barrios around the corner and the metro steps away. Breakfast is good as well.

Set in a refurbished Patrimonial Palace, Matildas Hotel Boutique offers accommodations in Santiago. Free WiFi access is available. Wonderful boutique hotel! Staff were fabulous and there was gluten-free bread at breakfast which I really appreciated. Rooms were comfy and having the courtyard out in the back garden was a delight. Highly recommend for couples.

Featuring an outdoor pool and a spa and wellness centre, The Singular Santiago offers accommodations in Santiago. Free WiFi access is available here. This hotel is amazing. Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

Featuring a terrace, Chalet Valluga offers free Wi-Fi and panoramic views of Los Andes mountains. Colorado Farellones ski centre is a 10-minute drive away. Breakfast is offered daily. I loved my stay for my solo ski trip. The hard working and kind staff made it the most comfortable stay. I particularly loved skiing back to the chalet in the afternoons after a day skiing, to be welcomed at the chalet with drinks for the sunset and three course dinner that followed. Will certainly return
