It is just 200 meters from Tobalaba Subway Station and Costanera Center shopping mall. Free WiFi is available in the rooms and in public areas. This my fifth time at the hotel, although it has gone through a name/owner change. The great staff is one aspect, and the location. Great parking for my rented car included.

Rooms offer views of Santiago, the Andes Mountains or the hotel gardens. We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

We are in the middle of 3 great neighborhoods, each at 10 min walking distance: Bellavista (nightlife), Lastarria (gastronomy) and Barrio Italia (Antiques and design). Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the building was so cute and full of character, and the location was perfect.

This large 3-bedroom apartment features stylish decoration and is equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, heating, a seating area and a DVD player. There is a full a kitchenette with a microwave and an oven. Beautiful space in a great location - very secure and safe. Christian was great to deal with. Would stay here again. Very comfortable and clean.

Guests can order room service or relax in the onsite hot tub. I loved my stay for my solo ski trip. The hard working and kind staff made it the most comfortable stay. I particularly loved skiing back to the chalet in the afternoons after a day skiing, to be welcomed at the chalet with drinks for the sunset and three course dinner that followed. Will certainly return
