Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Large and comfortable room. Well-designed bathroom. Courteous staff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The Pullman was far better than any of the hotels where I stayed this year in Europe or North America.

Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Centre, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighbourhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. We loved the design and feel of the hotel. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The room fragrance they use all over the hotel is delicious. And the food (we had breakfast and lunch) is incredibly yummy!

Just 100 meters from Baquedano Metro Station, Hostal Río Amazonas offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and TV sets. I liked everything about this lovely place.The location was perfect-a short walk to the Metro station.The room was clean and serviced regularly.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was perfect and really prepared me for the day....What I liked most were the staff-friendly,helpful,welcoming and ultra professional.I want to mention Caroline who handled check-in and helped me a lot during the week I spent there...Also,Ron,Janice,Javiera,Antonia,Fran,Christian,Claudia and Sebastian.The staff helped in so many ways to make my stay so enjoyable.This is a top class Hostal and is definitely worth returning to.....Top marks....10 out of 10.

Set in a refurbished Patrimonial Palace, Matildas Hotel Boutique offers accommodations in Santiago. Free WiFi access is available. Incredibly beautiful hotel, incredible delight. Style, details, everything is wonderful. Especially worth mentioning is the beautiful garden where we had breakfast. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Featuring a terrace, Chalet Valluga offers free Wi-Fi and panoramic views of Los Andes mountains. Colorado Farellones ski centre is a 10-minute drive away. Breakfast is offered daily. I loved my stay for my solo ski trip. The hard working and kind staff made it the most comfortable stay. I particularly loved skiing back to the chalet in the afternoons after a day skiing, to be welcomed at the chalet with drinks for the sunset and three course dinner that followed. Will certainly return
