Great location, the lake and other attractions were easily reachable by metro or foot. The breakfast was excellent, lot of local food options. We received a bigger room for free which we greatly appreciated. The room is very modern with great design and had an amazing view. We recommend this hotel.

Very modern and clean hotel. I like the automation, the design, the comfort of the beds. Staff was very polite but they don't speak english at all. But are friendly enough to use translator to help you with anything. We walked to the West Lake, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes walking. Good location. Many options of stores, food, and shopping nearby at Yan`an Road and Kerry Center. Also, very close to a metro station so we arrived by Fast Train and took the metro right to our place

This is a very nice boutique hotel in the west lake area. The hotel itself and rooms are tastefully decorated. It's 5 mins walk to Linyin Temple and Linyin bus terminal. Lots of eateries around the area. Highly recommended if you want to experience a stay offered by locals.

In a quiet enclave, almost a village, off a busy road, the stylish and elegant contemporary interior design is comfortable and welcoming. The area is beautiful but therefore very popular. Sally was a perfect host, cooking beautiful Chinese and American breakfasts on alternative days. She could not have been more helpful, patient and generous. She has excellent English.

We had a very nice family stay, and went hiking every day. Bamboo forests stretch out all around the property and it was easy to find trails. We had our dog with us, which was welcomed at the hotel - a big bonus for us. Most of all, the staff were amazing, and even spoke English. The views were beautiful, and the rooms had great design features. The food was good, with a nice (Chinese style) breakfast every morning. We'd definitely come back.
