Beautiful property a bit away (10 mins) from the main La Fortuna area however still so nice and like how it’s not too busy!

This was our first hotel of our trip and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Accessible, safe parking, and the room was great. We would have liked to stay there an extra few nights to enjoy the grounds and pool. The included breakfast was also very good.

Located just outside Arenal Volcano National Park, this eco-friendly hotel offers an outdoor pool, a spa and a grill restaurant, surrounded by tropical gardens. We had a fantastic time at Casa Luna! First, the receptionist who's there in the evenings - both when we checked in and paid the bill - is so nice and professional! I should have asked her name to make the message more personal but THANK YOU! Everybody else in the hotel, restaurant and spa staff is also incredibly courteous and professional. We booked our excursions with the hotel via WhatsApp in advance and everything worked perfectly. The room was comfortable, quiet and the shower powerful. The breakfast was lovely, many high quality options. The same restaurant also serves excellent lunches and dinners. The pool area was gorgeous, also featuring a warm water jacuzzi. We also had some treatments in the spa, wonderful, the treatment room had an open view into the lush garden with its natural sounds. Last but not least: we had to leave very early (5:30am pickup) and the receptionist took a note of it upon our arrival and got us breakfast boxes to go. It did not even occur to me to ask.
