The hotel is so cute and all rooms are so nicely done with smalle terrace and lots of wood. To have breakfast near the garden and hear the sea even when it rains is just perfect. The ladies were ever so friendly and allow you to use kitchen tools when you want to have your own breakfast or lunch like when you've been out already 5 times in a row. Montezuma is a great place to be for a couple of days, enough lunch and diner places. We also loved a daytrip to Santa Teresa and a half a dagtrip on a boat snorkling and whalewatching (we saw 5!). The hotel can arrange this tour in a much smaller group and at a better price than at one of commercial offices. We had lots of Rain so the waterfall was off for us but we did otter great stuff and would definately visite again.

Hotel Makanda by the Sea, a luxurious adults-only retreat nestled in the lush tropical paradise of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Our hotel offers the perfect blend of serenity and sophistication, designed exclusively for adults seeking a tranquil escape. We enjoyed everything! Staff was great, kind and really helpful. The room, the hotel itself was gorgeous. We saw more animals in the hotel’s surrounding than in Manuel Antonio. Pool area chic and relaxing.

El Castillo is a stylish adults-only boutique hotel set high above the Pacific Ocean in Ojochal. It offers an outdoor pool, spa treatments and air-conditioned rooms overlooking the lush gardens and nearby Garza Island. Room: is very comfortable with a spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom. This allows you to enjoy the room comfortably, especially for extended stays with lots of luggage. The windows offer a wonderful view of the ocean and the mountains. Every morning, you will be awakened by the singing of birds. You will have the chance to see monkeys moving in the nearby trees. A small terrace allows you to have a private aperitif with a sea view. The bed is super king size, very comfortable! The bathroom has a very comfortable shower and the sink has plenty of space to store products. Resturant: Breakfast is excellent, both in traditional dishes and in more American variations. Dinner was good. The menu was the same for all the week, although we would have preferred some variations during our stay. Staff: is really kind and attentive to the needs of the customers, starting with the General Manager Steven Morera, and continuing with Francisco, Domi, and Roxy. This hotel is located about 2 km from Quepos, 5 minutes’ drive from Manuel Antonio National Park. Its spacious suites have a kitchenette and jungle views, and there is an outdoor pool.

From your suite you can watch sloths, toucans, monkeys and iguanas. Each suite in Hotel Plaza Yara has a seating area with sofa and cable TV, and the kitchenette has a microwave. We had some issues with hot water an plumbing in our room but the staff was always very quick to react and fix it. Nice location and ambiance.

It's in the best location....down the quiet end of the beach and very beautiful. It's clean, simple, spacious rooms are very comfortable and had everything I need. The staff are wonderful - helpful & friendly - and the beach restaurant is great, lovely food, good music with an incredible view. If you don't fancy getting sandy, there's a pool too with lots of beds. Great little hotel, in short. I'm staying again next week! ☺️🌊🌴🌺

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the receptionists, who were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is charming, very clean, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and we especially loved the pool, which our 4-year-old daughter enjoyed immensely. The food was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of options and a staff that ensured every meal was a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s just a short walk to both the beach and the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
