Hotel měl skvělou polohu, všechno bylo kousek. Příjemný personál, výborné snídaně, jednoduše, ale pěkně zařízené pokoje a naprosto výborné snídaně a výborná kava.

We was originally informed that there was no lift in the block we would live in, but there was one actually. The room is perfect. We could cook there and enjoy our meal at the balcony. The staff at front desk are really nice. The staff who cleaned our room even tidied our clothes for us.

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is located in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, neighboring Berlin’s largest inner city park “Tiergarten” and situated just a 7 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate. Všichni byly velmi vřelí a přátelští. Super bylo nabíjení elektro auta a také přistavení vozu a pomoc s věcmi na pokoj.

Hotel Mandala Suites nabízí stylové pokoje, luxusní lázně a vynikající výhled na Berlín. Terrific location for a city break. Subway 1 min from the front door. Incredible facilities, spacious suite, friendly staff, one of Berlin's best taverns and eateries on-site. Could stay there for a weekend and never leave!

Legendární 5hvězdičkový hotel Adlon umístěný u Braniborské brány v berlínské čtvrti Mitte je ztělesněním luxusního ubytování. The hotel has the old world charm of a classic building with modern amenities. It occupies a prestigious location overlooking the Brandenburg Gate and close to many shopping areas and restaurants. At check-in I asked to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was luckily available over looking one of the inner courtyards. The room is spacious and has all the modern amenities but the decor is a bit dated and can benefit from an update. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious but the flow is a bit weird. The room came with breakfast which was served in the first floor with seating arrangements in multiple locations some overlooking gardens and others overlooking the Brandenburg Gate. The food quality is good and the service level was excellent. Of particular note is Ibrahim and Phillip who went out of their way to make our breakfast experience, but one has to ask and sometimes insist on sitting on a particular as the host sometimes appear to want to sit you in any table and claim that the other is occupied. Always ask a waiter and most probably they will accommodate your request. Part of the breakfast rooms double as the two Michelin star restaurant, Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer ,a very nice dining experience indeed. Also there is the Brasserie Quarré, which also served superb dishes. On days where the weather is good they have a beautiful outdoor seating area. The concierge was very helpful in booking us a very nice family owned Italian restaurant ( Il Punto) with in walking distance from the hotel. Generally speaking almost all the hotel staff that I interacted with were extremely welcoming and helpful.

This hotel absolutely exceed my expectations! The neighborhood was beautiful -- tree-lined streets, lots of shops and restaurants, and convenient to public transportation. The room was beautiful -- brimming with old-world charm -- and the 'business center' upgrade had TWO bathrooms (never seen that before in a hotel room), with the best shower I've ever had in a hotel! The breakfast was sumptuous, with pretty much every breakfast food you could think of. And the staff was top-notch -- especially Knute, the afternoon/night front desk person. He was exceptionally personable, funny and helpful. He recommended really good restaurants nearby, offered 'tips and tricks' for what to see and how to get around, and told us multiple stories about the city and what life was like growing up there. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.
