Towels are offered. The location was perfect, not far from the Old town. Parking was good (for additional cost). The apartment was superb, everything was clean, comfortable, really good for our family of four. We even were allowed to invite friend over for an evening chat.

Most offer a view of the hotel’s surroundings, such as the Medieval Old Town and the Gulf of Finland. Big room, very clear, and staff was super friendly and supportive. Solved all our requests. Beautiful spa, decent pool and not crowded (stayed in November mon-wed).

The rooms of the Palace Hotel feature modern and elegant interior design with furniture in warm tones. All have private bathrooms with hairdryers and either a shower cabin or a bath. Room was comfortable, spacious, 7th floor skylight was nice to have during the long evenings of early June. Better than average hotel workout room, and a fabulous pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The best of the Palace Hotel is captured by the staff--very welcoming, very friendly. I want to specifically commend Eline and Erik. Location is perfect for any Tallinn tourist. Bolt and public transportation make getting around easy from the very central Palace Hotel.

It is close to everything you might need. There are a host of local venues just outside the property which were also fantastic and offered great food and drinks and a pleasant atmosphere. The property accommodations were excellent! beautiful and spacious apartments with stylish accents. The yard with parking is gorgeous. Everything about the place felt like home. We would not hesitate to book here again.
