Located in central picturesque Selkirk, the The County Hotel - Self Check-In, Ultra Fast WI-FI, Free Parking, Central Location is a friendly former coaching inn on the market square. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All rooms have tea/coffee facilities, Freeview TV and fine Egyptian cotton linen. The rooms feature mineral water, designer toiletries and free WiFi. Breakfast was an option, but we opted instead to use the communal refrigerator and eat a cold breakfast that we purchased at the nearby market. We were offered the use of the area for dinner if we had wanted to get takeaway. That type of flexibility is nice when you have been traveling for a while.
