Skvělý podkrovní pokoj s výhledem na přístav v krásném kamenném domě přímo v přístavu. Celý dům i pokoj byly velmi čisté a vkusně zařízené. Postele byly pohodlné, dobře se v nich spalo. Koupelna sice maličká, to je dáno dispozicí podkroví, ale dostačující. Huňaté, měkké ručníky a osušky. Ocenili jsme příjemný a pohodlný obývací pokoj s krbem a jídelnou, který je společný pro všechny hosty v domě. Ráno snídaně připomínala domov, neboť jsme si mohli v kuchyni vzít k jídlu, co jsme našli a na co jsme měli chuť, všeho bylo dost. Výborný chleba s křupavou kůrkou. V neposlední řadě musím vyzdvihnout osobnost majitele Paula, který je skvělý, starostlivý a díky němu jsme se zde cítili výborně. Parkování hned před domem na nábřeží zdarma nebyl problém. Několik skvělých restaurací je pár metrů od domu. Výchozí bod pro procházku k hradu Dunnottar. Modrá obloha a jasné slunce byly bonus na závěr.

On the banks of the River Dee, The Boat Inn in Aboyne offers accommodation, a cosy bar and restaurant. The Boat Inn is somewhere in the middle of everything, if you follow the Deeside. We loved our room, big enough for two beds, which were bigger than singles. So rare anywhere in Scotland! Breakfast in the morning was ordered á la carte and fantastic, same goes for the evening meal. We stayed for dinner both nights at the restaurant of the Boat Inn. Personally I thought The Boat Inn was the best accommodation on our one week tour. Can't recommend it enough!

The rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Cleanliness was impeccable, which is always a key point for us. The hosts were absolutely lovely – friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We would definitely recommend Cardhu Country House to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway.

This former church has been tastefully converted, enabling retention of the original features. Auld Kirk B&B is situated in the heart of picturesque Royal Deeside. Absolutely loved this accommodation and the host Helen and her employee Lisa! Enjoyed chatting with them about our day and having a good laugh. And the breakfast was the best we have every had! Kept us going all day! Highly recommend this property! If I am ever in the area again I will definitley stay here!

The Chester Hotel is a listed building dating from the 19th century, combining original design with striking, contemporary features. I travel for work often and this was one of the best stays ever. Breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs are a terrible affair in any hotel, but theirs were amazing
