We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The room turned out to be even better than in the pictures. The location is ideal, right on the Royal Mile. Easy to get anywhere. The room was clean, beds were very comfy, all the necessities were provided. Great breakfast starting from 7 am. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Malt House Apartments are only 2 minutes’ walk to the west end of Princes Street. The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Great location, just 18 min walk to the castle and very close to Princes Street. Very close to the airport too. Will definitely stay here again

Each unique room is chic and elegant. In-room treats include free Wi-Fi, a surround sound system, a flat-screen TV, bathrobes and GHD hair stylers. Guests can also enjoy homemade shortbread, real coffee and designer teas. We got an upgrade from double to 1-bedroom apartment, which was awesome. Location of Rutland H&A is perfect and the breakfast was super.

The Hotel Ceilidh-Donia is in a quiet residential area, just off Dalkeith Road, a major route into Edinburgh. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. Clean room. The owner is very welcoming. Breakfast was good.

Shops and restaurants on Princess Street, Calton Hill, Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile and EICC are all within walking distance. Comfort, food, bar, staff, room, ambient,... Everything was pristine! It is one of the most magical palaces to stay!

Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 2.2 km from the guest house. Shirley was excellent so helpful and knowledgeable about Edinburgh. Snacks in the room were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again .

This stylish boutique hotel, has the added touch of the owner’s ever-changing art collection and a dedicated Whisky bar, serving rare and unique scotch malt Whisky and adding a new chapter to Royal Terrace's history as "Whisky Row". The staff is incredible, overall experience 10/10
