The staff were extremely helpful and very professional. Reece and the Cove team were very friendly and anything we questioned or requested was answered and addressed appropriately. The location is fantastic! The apartment cleanliness and amenities was great. Nothing negative about our stay. Thanks to Reece and all the Cove team. Look forward to staying again!! Centrally located in a lively part of the city centre surrounded by bars & restaurants. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The apartment was huge for 2 people and you had everything you needed there- kitchen was also very well equipped (including nespresso capsules and dishwasher tabs). The location was great, as it was just a 10 minute Walk from Lime Street Station and just around the corner of various restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. They even let us store our luggage until late in the evening after we’d already checked out.

Didn’t take full advantage of the breakfast menu but it was extensive. Sorry to see how Southport has gone down hill Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
