Room was large with beautiful high ceilings. Shower was great, jacuzzi style included. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Staff were all so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Upon arrival, we were checked in by Fiona who was very welcoming, efficient and kindly changed our room to one which was more easily accessible to my husband who had hurt his back falling on the ice. She couldn't have been more helpful. All the staff were smiling. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious. Very large comfortable room.

The location was great. Very close to the centre but had no trouble with sound. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout as we had a train later that day. Had no faults with cleanliness or the location. We were lucky enough to be the “guest of the day” which was lovely to know and got ourselves a complimentary drink and some treats in the room. Overall chuffed to bits with the room and the staff :)

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Cleanliness and the spa area. We enjoyed how close the Genting Casino was and restaurants.

Skvělý hotel blízko centra, ochotný personál a snídaně byla excelentní výběr všeho a neustále doplňováno, pokoje velké prostorné, moc jsme si pobyt užili.

The 4-star Clayton Hotel Birmingham is just a 5-minute walk from the Bullring Shopping Centre. It serves modern food in its stylish restaurant. I love the location, very close to the train station, also really close to the Bullring. The mall was very walkable as well, there were historic museums in the area that was walkable. The rooms were clean and modern . Breakfast was amazing.
