I love how the staff is so amazingly helpful. Special mention to Epiphany, who had been a great help to us. I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, accommodating and wonderful staff. We will definitely stay there when we come back to Birmingham.

We arrived very late due to flight delays, but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our late arrival. They provided some recommendations of things to do in the area. Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we've had (and we travel A LOT). Their system works well to order your breakfast the night before to minimize any waste. They have plenty of parking and are easy to find. There is a wonderful park across the street and are easy walking distance to Molineux as well as the city center. The restaurant is undoubtably one of the best in the area, make sure to get your reservations in.

Saint Pauls House offers accommodation in Birmingham. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Private parking is available on site for an additional charge. Upon arrival, we were checked in by Fiona who was very welcoming, efficient and kindly changed our room to one which was more easily accessible to my husband who had hurt his back falling on the ice. She couldn't have been more helpful. All the staff were smiling. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious. Very large comfortable room.

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Cleanliness and the spa area. We enjoyed how close the Genting Casino was and restaurants.

Terletak 5 minit berjalan kaki dari pusat bandar Birmingham, Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street menawarkan parking yang selamat, WiFi percuma dan tempat makan di lokasi. This was by far the cheapest and easily the best hotel we've stayed at during our 9 day trip through the Midlands. Room and bathroom were big, clean and comfy, breakfast was amazing with lots of vegan options (and very well labelled) and the city center is only a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again!
