Boasting a prime location within the castle walls, this century-old restored mansion features a tranquil courtyard and charming accommodation with views over the castle. This hotel is ideally located inside the castle and close to the lake. It is a bit tricky to bring the car inside, but manageable. Rooms are nicely done. Breakfast was excellent and quite unusual. They served sandwiches, wraps, sweet breads, cookies on a large platter for two of us. We could finish only half or so, the rest was packed for us to go. I somehow lost Apple CarPlay connection in our rental car, we being an older couple and technically challenged needed help. The owner, Zois, fixed it for us. Thanks Zois.

Its a very cozy room in a very nice Village. Very quiet and the Hosts are lovely. Also there is a very lovely Cat wanting to be petted (all the time). We Had a very nice stay, breakfast is good as well

Offering a pool and a bar, the stone Avragonio is located 300 metres from Papigo Village centre. The location is MAGICAL. We expected a very beautiful and picturesque hotel but what we actually experienced exceeded all expectations. Waking up in this hotel feels like a dream! Even the small details like bathrobes, water bottles etc were taken care of.

He gave good recommendations where to hike and which restaurants to go. The breakfast is extraordinary good, e.g. handmade pies.
