Palatinus Hotel can be found right in the historical centre, close to the symbol of the city, the Tűztorony (Fire Tower) and only 100 metres from the Liszt Ferenc conference hall. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Personnel is very helpful and kind. We appreciated the cookies offered as a welcome. Most of all we enjoyed the location of the hotel: directly in the historic town of beautiful Sopron.

The apartment is exactly what you see in the photos online. AC works well. Kitchen is well equiped so you are able to cook meals in the apartment if you don’t to go out to eat. Several supermarkets close by (short walking distance) Booking staff are prompt in replying and go above & beyond.

This is an elegant hotel from a bygone era, but the facilities and the service are everything you would expect from a modern hotel. My room was large and beautifully furnished, the delicious buffet breakfast is served in a banquet room with fancy furniture and crystal chandeliers. All of that, and the price I paid for the room was so reasonable! I kept sending pictures to my friends and family saying, "Can you believe I'm getting ALL THIS for THIS MUCH money?
