The staff really do cater to your every need from entrance drinks on arrival right through to your check out. During our trip we also stayed at the Kempinski “Balis number 1 resort” but we believe the Kempinski has a lot to learn from Goya and their service and facilities. The property is beautiful, the deep tissue massage was one of the best massages I’ve had, the breakfast was great, and the service was wonderful. The pool is really well designed and was nice to relax in each day. I stayed here for 5 nights and could not be happier. The hotel is centrally located and has very good WiFi.

Close to everything, depending on what you want to see, hire a driver and see everything. Will save you time and hassle. Even though I was sick on the last day of my trip, no fault of anyone but myself. The hotel sorted a doctor to come to my room and administer IV drip. This hotel is 5 star in all ways. The staff are so friendly and customer service is superb.

Ubud Paradise Villa se nachází ve městě Ubud a nabízí soukromý bazén ve svěží tropické zahradě. The villa was excellent, just like we had hoped for. We stayed in Villa no 2 and we enjoyed it a lot. There was a private swimming pool, though a bit small. There was also a dining area with a refrigerator, water kettle and water dispenser. The toilet was good and there was hot water. Our bed was comfortable. The villa isn't far away from Ubud Palace and attractions. We rented a scooter from the villa. Mr. Sumaba was very helpful throughout.

The room has a setup like you are in a village. The outstanding part was the bathroom which is very unique and very big. The temperature outside the room is amazing as there are a lot of trees and plants. Totally recommended place. The staff here are very very helpful and give 100% to make our stay like home.😃
