The hotel is sublime, clean and very quiet and the service is impeccable. We stayed there to get some rest after a scooter accident and all the staff were so caring with us. At the reception, at the restaurant, at the spa… we got so much kindness from everybody ! A very special thank you to Indri and her colleagues at the reception for all the help during our stay, whether it be to get the directions to the hospital, the pharmacy, to bring ice packs to our room or to organise the rest of our trip… They have been amazing. 🙏🏼❤️

Offering direct access to Ciputra World Surabaya, Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya managed by Swiss-Belhotel International offers modern accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access... Room was very spacious and well-appointed. There is a huge bathtub and a separate shower. Very cosy. The breakfast spread was very good and the service staff are always very friendly. First impression by front desk staff, Alicia, already set the expectation of a wonderful stay.

It was allowed to book 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only one queen bed. Lovely staff helped to organize the second room for kids on the same floor. Nice view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast with a combination of traditional and European dishes. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym is not big, but enough for a workout with weights and some other equipment. Drinking water is on every floor.

Hotel Santika Premiere Gubeng Surabaya se nachází 5 minut jízdy od nákupního centra Tunjungan Plaza a nabízí nepřetržitě otevřenou recepci a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Employees were really kind and helpful in many different ways. They even packed our breakfast for us, because we went to Mount Bromo and we missed the whole breakfast time.

The room is clean..good water pressure in the bathroom..space in the room is quite limited but its ok for 2 person. The staff is friendly and the breakfast spread is good

Great and ovely hotel. Big gardens, wonderful swimming pool. Great view to the sea. Staff very friendly and ready to help.

The place, the staff, the food, the location. This is our 6th or 7th stay at Harris Malang. And we still love this hotel. Harris Malang never failed us :))
