The Waterfront Rest B&B is a beach-front property located on the peaceful Wild Atlantic Way in the heart of Connemara. Rooms overlook the beautiful water and free WiFi is available in public areas. The property was amazing, well located for a tour of Connemara. We even met some friends there by chance! The room was spotless and Lydie the host is super friendly. Definitely recommend going there!

Set in beautiful gardens in the heart of Connemara, the romantic Abbeyglen Castle Hotel has tennis courts, a spa bath and stunning views of Clifden and the Twelve Bens mountains. Attention to detail was impeccable, beautiful hotel and yards, views and gorgeous rooms. Loved our stay, 2nd time here. Can’t wait to return, loved the history and music at night.

In a quiet corner of Clifden, this quiet haven of rich comfort and classic Irish hospitality is just 93 steps from the vibrant buzz of Clifden town centre. Fantastic location 5 minutes from the main bus stop but very quiet. Michael was a great host (got us in touch with a fantastic taxi driver who took us to Omey Island and back for a reasonable price), the sitting room on the ground floor had tea and coffee and great selection of books and games. Breakfast was great! Truly the best experience as a base to explore Connemara. I have only superlatives to say.

Buttermilk Lodge offers self-catering apartments 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, you can just park your car and easily walk to town. Everything was perfect! The location, the interior, the beds were so darn comfy :) a walk-in shower, shower gel and shampoo were provided, the kitchen with all its appliances were new and in absolute perfect conditions! Walk into town was like 10 minutes. Overall it was just perfect!

At the edge of Clifden, All the Twos offers rooms with spacious bathrooms. Guests can enjoy mountain views, free Wi-Fi, and free parking, 15 minutes’ drive from Connemara National Park. Very comfortable and spacious.
