Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a garden, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage for guests. We were given a room upgrade to avoid potential noise from a wedding party which was very thoughtful. Beautiful settings all very well maintained. Excellent breakfast.

The Ashbourne House Hotel is located a 15-minute drive from Dublin Airport and the beach at Balbriggan. It offers individually designed rooms, free parking and an award-winning fine-dining restaurant.

Rooms at the hotel include a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. They also include a TV, work desks, tea/coffee-making facilities and most rooms have free Wi-Fi access. I loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area. What I really appreciated was how this location is both a cozy hotel and a center of life for Ashbourne. Even though I was only on a business trip, my stay made me feel that I had also experienced something of friendly local life. The hotel includes a very cozy pub, with good pub food (try the mushy peas!), super friendly and helpful staff, the locals are happy to chit-chat (if you want). The rooms are comfortable and it was also easy to get to from the airport and Dublin center by bus. It sits right in the center of Ashbourne.
