The hotel is in a perfect location close to light rail getting around Jerusalem was easy. Close to shopping and restaurants and a great market. Staff were welcoming and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The restaurant was great with a lot of delicious options. The staff and guest were very kind and friendly, I felt taken care of specially by Mary. She lights the hotel with her loving heart, kind words and always ready to assist you with whatever you need. She felt like a loving big syster :)
