On arrival we were met by the staff which was a nice touch. Alex the manager wasn’t there but came and greeted us later at the pool. The room was great, clean and a very comfortable bed. Anything that we needed wasn’t a problem. The other thing that we liked was that there was a gate that gave you access straight down to the beach. Breakfast was plenty and you had a choice of items that you could have freshly cooked to order. Ali was always there to help. It was also a nice quiet location I would recommend a stay if you visit Candolim

Very nice and spacious rooms Very clean and in good condition We also had a lovely balcony Perfect location, short walk to the beach and many restaurants/cafes/shop Friendly and helpful staff Nice and clean pool I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation in Goa.

It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. To my surprise, the staff proactively reached out to me ahead of time to plan something memorable. They decorated the room beautifully with balloons, brought flowers and a delicious cake — it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the day unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning, with impeccable grounds and facilities, but what truly sets it apart is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Thank you to the entire team at Grand Hyatt Goa for making our celebration so magical. We’ll definitely be back!
