The entire hotel was very aesthetically pleasing and our room, Nirvana, was a work of art. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and room service worked well. The hotel is not too close to busy roads so it was fairly quiet inside. The staff was friendly, kind and happy to help at all times. The options for breakfast were plentiful and everything was freshly made and tasted amazing. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

Hotel Ratan Vilas is a family-managed boutique heritage property. It offers 4-star amenities. The manager did a great work, put in a lot of effort for all the small-big requests and requirements. Since we had our train late in the evening, he let use the property as if we were still hotel guests and lended us a room for an hour to freshen before catching the train even after checking out. The pool was clean, breakfast was great.

She was very helpful, friendly and funny. She made our experience even better! :) PS: We arrived very early in the morning and they let us stay in the common area where we managed to sleep a bit.

It also offers 24-hour room service and complimentary WiFi access. The view from our room was spectacular!!!! We went in July which is a humid month. So we preferred to stay indoors during afternoon. But the view of Mehrangarh from our bed made us feel as if we were in the blue city.

Situated on a hill, it has a rooftop restaurant and terrace offering city and lake views. Everybody that comes to Udaipur should book this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and really nice. They helped us hire a Tuk Tuk for the entire time we were there and it was just so easy to contact the driver whenever we wanted to go somewhere and know that we were getting a fair price. The air conditioning unit in the room was very powerful and made it very comfortable to sleep in considering we were there in peak summer. Bedrooms were incredibly beautiful, authentic and traditional feel. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was right in the center of the old city with a view of the lake as well as being close to the city Palace. Is there anything I didn’t like?
