A 3-minute walk from 'Lady Doak College, JC Residency in Madurai provides an outdoor pool and a gym. Very charming hotel. Big room, with beautiful details. Beds and linnen were very good. Bathroom is hughe. Staff very friendly. Nice swimming pool!

This Chennai hotel comes with an outdoor pool, a fitness room and pampering spa treatments. Providing free Wi-Fi, it is a short 2-minute walk from Globus Shopping Mall. Truly a 5 star service and the hotel is extremely amazing, great in room dining, amazing breakfast, other facilities like airport drop off was super efficient. The driver from hotel airport drop off Mr. Bennet was an amazing person and provided great assistance, his work effort need to be appreciated by the hotel management. I have stayed in many hotels in Chennai like Marriot, Lê Méridien and Taj Conemera but Residency Tower have surpassed all other hotels with their amazing service. For all my next visits I will only select to stay with Residency Tower. Keep up the great effort and awesome services. See you back in August.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made our stay truly memorable. A special mention to Chef Nataraj, whose culinary expertise left us in awe. Every meal was a masterpiece, crafted with precision and flavor that made dining at the hotel a highlight of our stay. His dedication to providing an exceptional gastronomic experience truly stood out. At the front desk, Aarthi was a beacon of professionalism and warmth. She ensured a seamless check-in and was always available to assist with any requests, making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail set the perfect tone for our visit. Archana from Room Service deserves high praise for her prompt and courteous service. She ensured that our room was always in perfect condition, and any special requests were met with efficiency and a smile. Her commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The restaurant manager Gurunathan and the staff Trisha, Bikash, too, were incredible—attentive, polite, and always ready to go the extra mile to provide an unforgettable dining experience. Their hospitality and service were impeccable, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. I highly recommend Accord Metropolitan to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay. The dedication and warmth of the team, especially Chef Nataraj, Aarthi, Archana, Gurunathan and the entire restaurant staff, made our visit truly special. We look forward to returning soon!

Savoy Ooty stojí vysoko na kopci od roku 1829 a rozprostírá se na 6 akrech upravených zahrad v Ooty. The location of the hotel is a just perfect . Being in the main city but away from the hustle and bustle . The property is beautiful. The staff were courteous and very helpful ( though they were definitely understaffed for the Diwali long weekend crowd) . Breakfast was sumptuous and had ample options.
