We had an excellent experience at Park Hyatt Chennai. All staff were courteous and welcoming providing great memories during checkin process, stay and dining. Needless to mention great service by the house keeping staff too.

Location, view and sense of peace - our hosts were kind, flexible and accommodating and were perfect at booking things eg train, transport, ensuring clarity and support was foremost in their communication. Food was superb- we ate every evening as well as a generous breakfast. It was the perfect balance of inclusion with a family and a sense of privacy.

Located in the city centre and surrounded by lush greenery, The Raintree, St. Mary's Road, features 4 dining options, a rooftop swimming pool and rooms with a flat-screen TV. Free parking is provided.... I booked for my parents to stay for 2 nights. They loved the property, the service and helpfulness of the staff. They were also assigned a room by 11 am which was very helpful.

I only had one day stay and because of a flight delay I arrived quite late and had to leave early. But everything that I saw and experienced was very good.

Located in Chennai, The Accord Metropolitan features interiors with marble and gold leaf furnishings. Offering modern rooms, the hotel has 3 dining options, an indoor pool, and a spa. The property was well maintained and the room was top notch and exceeded expectations. Accepted my special request and fulfilled them on-time. The staff from the doorstep, reception check-in area and laundry at the property were courteous. Special mention to staffs named Sivashanmugam, Riyaz and Barani did their job very well.
