Location, view and sense of peace - our hosts were kind, flexible and accommodating and were perfect at booking things eg train, transport, ensuring clarity and support was foremost in their communication. Food was superb- we ate every evening as well as a generous breakfast. It was the perfect balance of inclusion with a family and a sense of privacy.

I only had one day stay and because of a flight delay I arrived quite late and had to leave early. But everything that I saw and experienced was very good.

This Chennai hotel comes with an outdoor pool, a fitness room and pampering spa treatments. Providing free Wi-Fi, it is a short 2-minute walk from Globus Shopping Mall. Truly a 5 star service and the hotel is extremely amazing, great in room dining, amazing breakfast, other facilities like airport drop off was super efficient. The driver from hotel airport drop off Mr. Bennet was an amazing person and provided great assistance, his work effort need to be appreciated by the hotel management. I have stayed in many hotels in Chennai like Marriot, Lê Méridien and Taj Conemera but Residency Tower have surpassed all other hotels with their amazing service. For all my next visits I will only select to stay with Residency Tower. Keep up the great effort and awesome services. See you back in August.

The property was well maintained and the room was top notch and exceeded expectations. Accepted my special request and fulfilled them on-time. The staff from the doorstep, reception check-in area and laundry at the property were courteous. Special mention to staffs named Sivashanmugam, Riyaz and Barani did their job very well.

The hotel was amazing..everything was perfect ..the rooms were surrounded with beautiful flowers and plants and the staff were friendly and helpful..

Ottima colazione, varia nella scelta e servita in un ristorante panoramico notevole. Il ristorante grill è in un'ottima posizione: la cena a lume di candela è stata eccezionale sia per il cibo che per la splendida vista del tramono sulla vallata sottostante. Il parco in cui è immersa la struttura è ricco di vegetazione locale e la passeggiata guidata nella natura circostante è stata gradevole.
