Very clean and comfortable with a great restaurant and shared spaces. The details make a huge difference: window seats in the room with views of the harbor, bathroom design where the shower is on one side of a wall so that water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor, enough hooks and hanging space for clothes and towels.

This hotel is quietly situated 2 km from Lake Mývatn and 30 minutes’ drive from the Godafoss Waterfall and Krafla Crater. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with modern furnishings. Very well located hotel in the vicinity of Lake Myvatn. The view was very nice and staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly all the time. Satisfying breakfast as well.

Restaurant menu for dinner is also very good. We enjoyed a lot our stay here.

With excellent value for money, this hotel is absolutely flawless.

Guesthouse Basar is charming and cozy, perfect for exploring Grimsey! The room was tidily nestled under the eaves. Breakfast each morning filled me up for the day, and I really appreciated the ample hot beverage supplies available in the kitchen when I returned from hiking around the island. I was the only guest during my stay, it was a very peaceful trip.

Situated in central Akureyri, Centrum Hotel offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Akureyri Public Swimming Pool is 500 metres away. The room looked very nice, was clean and practical and the bed was very comfortable. They make good coffee and you can make yourself waffles for breakfast!

This hotel is on Akureyri’s main street, Hafnarstraeti, less than 2 km from Akureyri Airport. It offers en-suite guest rooms, free parking and views of the Eyjafjörður fjord. Husavík is 90 km away.
