The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Their English was excellent. We felt that we had experienced some of Iceland's culture that we would not have if we stayed in a chain hotel. And it was very close to the airport.

We had an amazing stay and a perfect last night in Iceland! Yuki and Andi are marvelous hosts, very friendly, attentive and with love for the detail! We stayed as a group of women attending a conference in Keflavík. This place far exceeded our expectations with a beautiful setting, a great breakfast, lovely hot tub and amazing hospitality great on so many levels. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the airport which is perfect for an early flight. They also offer a free airport shuttle 24/7. It's a great hotel to end your icelandic holiday with.

This family-owned hotel features a wellness spa (complimentary with a stay in a Superior and Deluxe rooms), fitness centre and a fireplace lounge with panoramic views. The property was just what we needed after a day exploring. 5 mins drive from the Blue Lagoon so ideal after an after there. There is a lovely lounge area with an open fire for relaxing in the evening. Food in max’s was fab and so was breakfast. We had a wake up call in the night to see the northern lights which was fabulous. Highly recommend
