Everything including the location, the room, cleanliness, nice and fresh smell, the breakfast, the setting, free bikes all day, the rooftop with sauna, jacuzzi and pool. The shampoo and soaps smelled so good and relaxing. Excellent price We wish we had longer stay.

Breakfast was continental with fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, cheese, fruit juice, coffee, toast, jam, boiled eggs, coffee. It felt wholesome and heathy. The house has belonged to the owners family for many generations. It has been lovingly and artistically restored to its full glory. .

It was comfortable, with a large balcony, heater and a/c. Reception downstairs is always open and staff were always very attentive.

Featuring 18th-century architecture, this former noble residence is in the centre of Ravenna and 400 metres from the train station. Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Location is excellent.

A fairly compact, clearly family-run hotel, with positive personal touches evident throughout - in decor of public rooms, contemporary art on display (not entirely my taste but the point was having quality examples there (and what it said about the owners), well chosen music (jazz/classical), great breakfasts. Very helpful staff - and a near perfect location close to the Estes castle and rest of historic central area - of this rematkable and distinctive city.
