Locatia exceptionala, designul modern si primitor atat in receptie cat si in camere, faptul ca desi afara a fost frig, in camera se incalzea foarte repede, dar cel mai important, amabilitatea si eficienta personalului.

Only a 20 minute walk from airport. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was nice and quiet. Staff at breakfast was very attentive. After booking, any queries I had were answered very quickly.

This 5-star boutique hotel is located in Milan's historic centre, an 8-minute walk from Piazza San Babila and the fashion area of Via Montenapoleone. I was upgraded to a junior suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Nice and comfortable bed and great space for enjoying the space. I got roomservice one evening and the salad was super fresh. The service at the hotel is amazing and the decor is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. Loved all of it. Will stay here again.

The room is nice and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is real Italian - light, mostly sweet and quick. We had nice pastries and coffee. Location is excellent

Acest hotel este situat pe malul lacului, la 2 minute de mers pe jos de debarcaderul din Varenna. Clădirea istorică din secolul al XIX-lea are o terasă cu vedere panoramică la Lacul Como. Location is unparalleled, super easy to find, very close to the train station and right across the ferry terminal. The views are breathtaking, the terrace is a winner, and the air conditioning works like a charm. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, the staff is super kind (the lady actually remembered us from previous years which was lovely and made us feel special).

This place offers a true holiday experience. First class.
