We were kindly given a tray of breakfast in our room the night before. There was a lovely roof terrace off our room with really comfortable seating that we were not expecting. The girl who greeted us and looked after us was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.

Federico, the host, was unbelievably kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was a real highlight! Fresh and tasty, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The homemade desserts were incredible—don’t miss the chocolate cake, it was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, and the location is excellent—just 5 minutes from the historic center by car with easy and convenient parking. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! The location couldn’t be better, nestled right by the river and just a short walk from the historic center of Pisa. Not only was the price incredibly affordable, but the room itself was both cozy and inviting. The host was readily available by phone, ensuring a seamless experience even in their absence. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and can't wait to return for another stay!
