Staff was amazing. Special mention to Elizabeth who was always there to assist me wether booking me taxi, helping store my meds, giving valuable tips for Lucca. She is simply amazing! My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!

Great for a family trip. Location is excellent, just across Piazzale Michalengelo with Arno River in between. You can walk along the river, 15 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, Uffuzi Gallery, and Duomo. Area is safe and silent, streets towards the center has good restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very cozy and authentic. It was clean and cute. Rachele was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

B&B De Biffi is located in the heart of Florence, 200 metres from the cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all public areas. Excellent place I highly recommend it , close to Duomo and all Florence’s touristic places. Very helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast is amazing. Property is very clean.

Just 40 metres from Siena’s Piazza del Campo, B&B Il Corso is located on the first floor of a 16th-century building. It offers free Wi-Fi and elegant rooms. Location was perfect for seeing the city. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel della Signoria is set in the heart of Florence, a few steps from Piazza della Signoria square and Ponte Vecchio bridge. It was perfect overall. The location and the comfort was very good.

Amazing Location, staff very so friendly and helpful it was just incredible. I can't believe that this is 1 star hotel. It definitely is way beyond that! Also great mattress compared to other places I've been. Slept like a baby.
