He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. Hotel Ai Cavalieri di Venezia se nachází v historickém centru Benátek, pouze 450 metrů od mostu Rialto a 6 minut chůze od náměstí sv. Marka, a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi připojení v celém objektu. Is had a great location, the hotel looked like an antique house but was very well kept, comfortable beds; the bathrooms were remodeled very modern with all marble. Breakfast was delicious, air conditioning everywhere. The staff was very helpful.

Big, very clean and comfortable rooms (mind - no elevator). Super friendly staff. Very good and adequate breakfast of fresh and quality food. Free drinking water in the rooms, tea making facilities. Greatest pleasure to stay!

Charming antique interiors with modern equipment. All is clean, and all is envisaged in the bathroom, including slippers, vanity kit, lotion and sanitary bags. The location is perfect.

Nabízí elegantní pokoje s nábytkem z 19. století a ve všech prostorách dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi.... The hotel has very nicely host and there are a lot of restaurants around. Location is fantastic, its very close to the old town. The host let us leave our luggages until our train. We wouldnt stay better hotel than this.

The owners have paid attention to every detail in the room, which was exceptionally clean. Upon arrival, we noticed that the air conditioning unit had a malfunction. We informed the owner right away, and while we were out exploring the city, the issue was promptly fixed. We returned to a pleasantly cool and comfortable room. For breakfast, we wished to eat on the terrace, and the owners immediately made that possible. We were especially touched by a kind gesture from the owners at check-out, which left a wonderful impression. We will definitely be coming back – we felt truly great here.
