He even took out a map to explain the city to me and made sure the housekeeping team brought the right pillows to ensure my comfort. This level of care and professionalism made it clear to me that the hotel is managed with excellence and integrity. My stay was truly pleasant — the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and responsive to any unexpected needs a guest might have. I thank them all from the heart.
