It is in a nice neighbourhood, full of shops. However, it is a bit noisy as our room was on the street side but it’s not a biggy. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Small note for the sockets, they were a bit loose. Overall great value for money.

Many thanks to Ms. Yara who showed genuine care, impressive availability and the ability to find a solution to any request quickly and with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with attention to the small details that make you feel at home. The hotel staff is undoubtedly one of the greatest advantages of the place. Thanks to them, this vacation was one of the best I have ever had. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation and a family atmosphere.

Situated in the centre of Boulevard, it provided easy access to the surrounding attractions and amenities, proving highly convenient during our stay. Being able to navigate the city with ease added significant value to our overall experience. Moreover, the hotel rooms were impressive in terms of space and comfort. The ample room size offered a sense of relaxation and freedom that greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. It is clear that the design and layout of the rooms have been thoughtfully planned with the guest's comfort in mind. However, what distinguished my stay at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana was the staff's noteworthy attention to detail. On the occasion of SO's birthday, they prepared a special birthday room, a gesture that was both unexpected and highly appreciated. This personal touch demonstrated a level of customer service that goes above and beyond what is typically expected. From the strategic location to the spacious rooms and remarkable customer service, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
