A hotel's amenities are secondary as we only stay at the hotel after a day outdoors, hence the bed and the bathroom should also be good, which the hotel has provided.

The staff helpful to give suggestions on accommodations, directions, luggage transport; anything! They went way beyond the standard care. Nightly activities and food offerings in the Lobby were delightful!

The location was great, it' so close to the station! The bed was comfy and the smart tv was nice to come home to after a long day of walking around. Staff were very nice and a few spoke English so if you don't speak Japanese there is no worry.

Ideal location (8 min walk from Hakata station, 15 min walk from Tenjin, 10 min walk from old Hakata), super friendly and helpful staff, large and immaculate rooms, great sento, absolutely amazing breakfast.
