Situated just a 3-minute walk from JR Motomachi Staion, Kobe Motomachi Tokyu REI Hotel provides simple rooms with natural colours. This ideally located hotel had, like most Japanese hotels, many free extras. A library of LP's as well as a turntable to play music in the lobby, a drink machine with beer, and a small restaurant for breakfast. Within walking distance of the train station, around the corner from Chinatown and 15 min walk from the waterfront. The staff was so helpful, suggesting places to see and how to get there.

The drinks are free from 5 to 8 ( red and white wine, all sorts of tea and coffee, there are free cookies, candies and chocolates as well) The bed and pillows are very comfortable and that is a plus for me.
