Piece Hostel Sanjo offers private and dormitory rooms in the heart of Kyoto. Great place! The staff were exceptional too. I would definitely go again and have already advised a friend to book there for her next trip to Japan.

Hotel Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei se nachází 10 minut chůze od živé čtvrti Kawaramachi a nabízí moderní japonské ubytování. V přízemí je k dispozici přepážka s turistickými informacemi a bar. The building itself was very beautiful and nicely decorated. The employees were very friendly and helpful and there was a nice area to sit and eat. There is a private bath that can be booked and costs a few yen, which was really nice to get into after a long day outside, we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are traditional, beautiful and kept exceptionally clean. There is a lot of space for belongings and luggage (though one must be careful not to hurt the tatami), a fridge, and a great bathroom which has everything one might need. Im very happy I got to experience sleeping on a traditional bed in a traditional room. I have to admit the mattress was a bit thin for my back so it wasn't too comfortable at first, my partner on the other hand thought its great so it really depends on preference. However, I asked if i can get an extra layer that I can put under to make it softer, and i got one! Afterwards i was sleeping like a baby, so if it seems a bit stiff at first ask for support :). We also got a lot of information on places in the area, including restaurants, everyone was doing their best to keep our stay as comfortable as possible. It truly is a great place and I have nothing I wish was different. The location is also great, close to the main "centre" and some public transport. It is a very good spot, quite relaxing and quiet considering its proximity to the famous streets. Walking down from Sannenzaka and the area, towards out hotel, is one of our very fond memories. A lot to do nearby, and great restaurants. Thank you for our stay, we had a wonderful time, and we hope we can be back sometime in the future.

Guesthouse Soi má ideální polohu, jen 10 minut chůze od kultovního chrámu Kiyomizu-dera. Nabízí různé pokoje, včetně soukromých pokojů v japonském stylu a společných pokojů. We loved the place. Very well placed, only a 5min walk from the Gion area and many temples. The owners are the nicest people, and gave us a lot of help on our trip. They also have a bike rental for 600Y per day which was very handy. The free breakfast they give is great and we also had the japanese breakfast one day which we loved. The room was spacious and very nice, with great air conditioning and nice futons. We also used the laundring service. We loved the place and highlt recommend it

Piece Hostel Kyoto, který byl uveden do provozu v dubnu 2013 se zcela novým zařízením, se těší praktické poloze pouhých 5 minut chůze od vlakového nádraží JR Kyoto. The best hostel I stayed! The staff amazing and everyone were very friendly! They organize games nights and even had a Christmas party 🎄🎅🏽 There is a lot of information provided on the walls (like markets date and location, and recommendations) Super clean, comfortable and good value for money. I took a single room which had a sink which made getting ready so easy. The showers are on the first floor, and the towels are just next to them so you could take as many as you needed. The location- just next to Kyoto station, you can easily get there and get everywhere you need to.

Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Place was cool, traditional style ryokan with lovely staff and great location. They really went to extreme to ensure that we reach the best Kinosaki-experience. I forgot my ring, noticed it in the bus station and accepted my faith. However, they had noticed my ring and rushed to the bus to bring it to me - this is an example of their heartfelt attirude towards guests

高野山 宿坊 恵光院 -Koyasan Syukubo Ekoin Temple- nabízí japonské ubytování v 1000 let starém buddhistickém chrámu s krásnou zahradou a Wi-Fi zdarma. Nemám ani slov jak úžasný zážitek to byl. Ubytování bylo nad očekávání - dostali jsme ještě lepší pokoj než jsme měli mít. A hlavně pro lidi, kteří se zajímají o duchovní růst je to skvělé, klidné místo. Děkuji

Directly accessible within Kansai International Airport, Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport - 3 mins walk to the airport features comfortable rooms with free WiFi. The location to airport was great especially for late arrival from airport. Big space. Good sized tub.

Fantastic facilities, great breakfast. My kids loved it! Among the many hotels we stayed at, at this one all the hotel staff were very fluent in English.
